Day 1: Arrive to Ho Chi Minh City
Welcome on arrival by our tour guide, then transfer to your hotel and enjoy our welcome dinner. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh. Meals: Dinner
Day 2 : Ho Chi Minh -City tour- Cu Chi Tunnel
Sightseeing: Cu Chi Tunnel, the Reunification Palace, War Remnant Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post office and Ben Thanh market. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

Day 3 : Ho Chi Minh City- Mekong Delta
Sightseeing: Cai Be floating markets,Tan Phong island
Activitie s: biking, gardening, fishing Overnight at Bungalow Mekong Rustic lodge Meals: Breakfast & Lunch & Dinner
Day 4: Mekong Delta
Sightseeing: Cao Dai Temple, Cai Be Cathedral; handicraft workshops of rice paste, coconut candies, pop-rice, pop-corn and Ba Kiet ancient house. Visit local schools
Activities: cycling to handicraft village, experience to make handbags,
rice papers; cooking class at Rustic. Overnight at Bungalow Mekong Rustic lodge. Meals: Breakfast & Lunch & Dinner
Day 5 : Mekong Delta - Saigon
Morning take row boat along channels, seeing the daily local life. Check out after lunch then back to Ho Chi Minh City around 5PM. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

Day 6: Ho Chi Minh- Hoi An
Pick up around 2PM to the airport for short flight to Ho Chi Minh Welcome by our local tour guide transfer you to Hotel at leisure Overnight at Overnight in Hoi An.

Sightseeing: Tra Kieu capital, discover the majestic ancient ruins at My Son including ancient towers which were built from the fourth century. Afternoon at your own leisure. Overnight in Hoi An. Meals: Breakfast
Day 8: Hoi An - Explore local life
Sightseeing: Tra Que herb garden, Fishing village, coconut palm jungle, Eco village
Activities: Bike riding, buffalo ride, therapist foot massage; boating

Day 9: Hoi An - Hue
Transfer to Hue by private car through the high pass of Hai Van Overnight in Hue Meals: Breakfast & Lunch
Day 10: Hue- city tour
Sightseeing: Thien Mu pagoda. Colonial hat, Incense making villages, Tu Duc Tomb, Forbidden city and Dong Ba market Overnight in Hue. Meals: Breakfast & Lunch
Day 1 1: Hue- Hanoi
Our driver will pick up you around 1OAM, transfer to Hue airport for short domestic flight to Hanoi. Welcome by our local tour guide transfer you to your Hotel at leisure. Overnight in Hanoi. Meals: Breakfast
Day 12: Hanoi City tour
Sightseeing: Ho Chi Minh's mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh House on stilt, the Presidential Palace, One Pillar Pagoda, The Temple of Literature, Museum of Ethnology, one hour cycle around the old quarter, Water Puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 13: Hanoi - Hou Lu & Tam Coc
Sightseeing: Ho Chi Minh's mausoleum, Ho chi Minh House on Stilts, the Presidential Palace, One Pillar Pagoda, The Temple of Literature, Museum of Ethnology, one hour cycle around the old quarter, Water puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi. Meals: Breakfast & Lunch.
Day 14: Hanoi - Sapa
At leisure today! Our guide will pick you up around 6pm, transferring you to the railway station. Check in private Sapaly train. Overnight on Train. Meals: Breakfast.
Day 15: Sapa
Private pick up at railway station then transfer to Sapa. Have breakfast at Victoria Sapa Hotel.
Sightseeing: Visiting Ham Rong Mountain, Cat Cat village. Overnight in Sapa. Meals: Breakfast & Lunch.
Day 16: Sapa
Sightseeing: Visiting Ban Khoang and Ta Giang Phing villages. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Sapa. Meals: Breakfast & Lunch.
Day 17: Sapa - Hanoi
Sightseeing: visiting Lao Chai & Tan Van villages. In the afternoon, drive back to Lao Cai for the night train to Hanoi. Check in Private Sapaly train. Overnight on the train. Meals: Lunch & Dinner
Day 18: Hanoi - Halong Bay
Pick up at railway station, transferring to Halong Bay.
Sightseeing: Me Cung cave, Lan Ha Bay
Activities: Kayaking, Cooking Class, fishing.

Day 19: Halong Bay
Sightseeing: Lan Ha bay, floating villages, Three Peach Beach.

Day 20: Halong Bay - Hanoi

All bookings for Christmas or new Year, including Lunar New Year, will incur surcharge fees.
1. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
All clients must have a valid passport and visas before travel.
2. INSURANCE:
An illness, an accident or an unexpected situation can arise before or during any type of vacation. Such an event might cause you to cut short your trip or cause your trip to be cancelled altogether.
Insurance exists to protect passengers from financial loss in the event of an emergency.
We strongly recommend you buy travel insurance before travel.
3. TERMS OF PAYMENT
You will be required to pay $500 deposit per person after booking confirmation. All deposits are non-refundable, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Any booking 55 days before departure, or less than $500 will require payment in full when the booking is confirmed.
4. CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellation of reservation/s must be provided to us in writing and is subject to the following cancellation fees
*50 days or less before departure – loss of deposit
*49-30 days before departure – 30%
*29-20 days before departure – 75%
*Within 19 days of departure – 100%
After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
5. AMENDMENT FEES
After bookings are deposited, a $60 fee is applicable. Within 50 days of departure, amendments may also be subject to cancellations.
6. FINAL PAYMENT
Outstanding balance due 55 days before departure. No voucher will be issued until final payment is received in our office. If the outstanding payment is not received by day 50, your booking will automatically be cancelled.
