In response to the Australian Government’s indefinite ban on overseas travel, Tweet World Travel has updated its terms & conditions to provide a flexible policy to travellers who are impacted by the pandemic.
APRIL & JUNE DEPARTURES
+ All Tweet World Travel’s tours to Asia departing in April and June 2020 are now suspended.
+ Tweet World Travel offers affected passengers’ full credits for future travel in the next 24 months.
+ All passengers in April to June tours are offered to defer their trips to later 2020, or to 2021 departures. Tweet World Travel will waive any applicable change fee/deferral fee.
JUNE TO SEPTEMBER DEPARTURES
+ All Tweet World Travel’s tours to Asia from June to September will remain operational.
+ Tweet World Travel monitors the situation very closely from the World Health Organisation, the Australian government and local governments, and will review its operation regularly in light of new development.
+ All passengers in June to September tours are offered to defer their trips to later 2020, or to 2021 departures. Tweet World Travel will waive any applicable change fee/deferral fee.
CROISIEUROPE RIVER CRUISES
CroisiEurope has postponed all of our cruises through 15 June 2020. All passengers, who are impacted by these changes, will receive full credit and be able to apply this credit to a cruise at a future date in 2021 or 2022. An additional credit of $150 per person will be offered to guests.
For all new bookings made between March 16 and May 1, 2020 for all departures until August 31, 2020, our passengers may cancel free of charge up to 30 days from their departure date (excluding booking fees and any ancillary charges.)
